Robert Chlopinski

At Restaurant Mirabell, Executive Chef Robert Chlopinski brings a contemporary approach to Austrian cuisine, shaped by more than 15 years of international experience. Having worked in Dubai and Qatar and cooked for distinguished guests including Angela Merkel, Prince Albert of Monaco, and the Sheikh of Dubai, he combines Austrian culinary traditions with global influences.

His philosophy is rooted in exceptional ingredients, regional produce, and pure, authentic flavors. From mozzarella espuma and miso cod to reimagined Austrian classics, each dish reflects a passion for craftsmanship and taste.
