Executive Chef Robert Chlopinski shapes Restaurant Mirabell's cuisine with modern craftsmanship and global inspiration. His dishes combine Austrian classics with international influences, drawn from more than 15 years working in Dubai and Qatar, where he cooked for highprofile guests including Angela Merkel, Prince Albert of Monaco and the Sheikh of Dubai.  

Chlopinski focuses on premium ingredients, regional sourcing, and pure flavors. Whether Mozzarella espuma, misomarinated cod, or reimagined Austrian favorites, every plate reflects his passion for simplicity, taste, and technique. Even traditional ingredients are transformed creatively — like oxtail turned into delicate gyoza fillings or pralines.
